Mary earned a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Western University after completing her Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Psychology at Trent University.
Mary is passionate about working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. She has experience helping her clients tackle concerns related to anxiety, depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), body-image, family conflict, emotional regulation, attachment disruptions, adjusting to major life transitions, and coping with injuries.
Mary is particularly well-versed in the realm of concussion and post-concussion syndrome, and is open to helping clients as they cope with the social and emotional consequences of concussion-related injuries.
Mary is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and is available for in-person and virtual sessions.
