PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Adriana graduated with Honours from Brock University in 2015, earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She then pursued her Masters in Physiotherapy (MScPT) at Robert Gordon University in Scotland, graduating in 2021.

Adriana is an active member of the Canadian and Ontario Physiotherapy Associations. She also was a former Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario.

Dedicated to using a holistic and evidence-based approach, Adriana collaborates closely with her patients to develop personalized treatment plans. She utilizes a variety of techniques including mobilizations, soft tissue release, rehabilitative exercises, Mulligans Concept, kinesio tape, and modalities to address a wide range of conditions. She has a passion for helping others with a particular interest in athletic, musculoskeletal and post-operative orthopedic populations.

In addition to her clinical work, Adriana is dedicated to giving back to her community. She is an active member of the British Association of Teachers of Dancing and was a teacher and competitive dancer for many years. She also supports organizations such as the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada and Ostomy Toronto while advocating for individuals with invisible disabilities.

In her downtime, Adriana enjoys dancing, music, movies, hiking, sports and spending quality time with family and friends. Whether in the clinic or out in the world, she is dedicated to empowering her patients to live their best lives.
